Country Love, but in Red, White, and Blue

I'm in love. Truly. Because there isn't much in this world that makes my heart go pitter patter like a red, white, and blue quilt. It's like a little tickle of nostalgia--something from my childhood. I think it harkens back to a carefree summer with 4th of July celebrations and decorating my bicycle for our city parade, BBQ and facepaint. Whatever it is, it is a special and fond feeling that only red, white, and blue will bring back to the surface.

Country Love has been quite the labor of love. This is my first full length pattern, and I can't wait to share it with you. It is intended for the Advanced Beginner due to multiple shapes, intricate piecing with small shapes (heart), and sewing on the diagonal (pinwheels), so some quilting knowledge and experience is helpful. But hey, I've always been a rule breaker, so if you think you can tackle it, I'm not here to say you can't.
The pattern includes tons of illustrations, and I plan to link helpful tutorials on my website to take you through each step of the process.
Country Love will be out this summer, so stay tuned! Until then--
