When I first started sewing, it was to learn to make things for my own sweet babies. That was over 16 years ago, and my love of making sweet things for babies has never faded. My teen daughter STILL picks up my completed baby blankets and asks if she can have them. Every. Single. Time.

And I don't blame her. They are so incredibly soft.
Every now and again, I get a burr and make a few to sell. They aren't always in my shop, but I just finished a few (and have a few more ready to make)!
I specialize in minky and satin baby blankets. I love satin ruffles so so sooooooo much, so I tend to gravitate to making blankets that include them. As you can see below.
These blankets are made to take a beating. The few I made in this style over 13 years ago for my daughter, are still going strong, wash after wash. They are all roughly 30"x36". Most are cotton fronts, minky backs, and trimmed with satin ruffles. They are light weight and incredibly snuggly!
